STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Integrating climate-resilient housing solutions.

Compressed earth block (CEB) technology is the flagship product of our partner Hydraform International (South Africa). Triple Capital Tchad works upstream: we design, structure and finance the projects (resilient social housing, schools, health centres, low-carbon community infrastructure) in which these construction solutions are deployed.

Why these solutions matter for climate finance?

Climate-resilient housing and infrastructure are essential components of adaptation strategies in Africa. Compared with conventional materials (fired bricks, cement-intensive construction) CEB technologies significantly cut carbon emissions and energy use while building on local resources.

They also deliver economic benefits: local value chains, jobs for local artisans and businesses, and reduced dependence on imported materials.

In vulnerable regions such as the Sahel, they enable schools, health centres and social housing programmes adapted to extreme heat, flooding and rainfall variability.

HYDRAFORM INTERNATIONAL

Provides the technology and technical support.

Structures the projects and mobilises climate finance.
